The giant puppet parades have returned to the streets of Lee Gardens for the fourth time on 11th November as part of the renowned Standard Chartered Arts in the Park. Being one of Hong Kong’s brightest and most creative giant puppet parades, it attracted thousands of onlookers as it weaved its way from Lee Garden One through Yun Ping Road, Pak Sha Road and Kai Chiu Road to Hysan Place and back again.
2017’s parade paid tribute to one of the world’s favourite children’s authors, Roald Dahl. His incredible stories bring millions of childhood imaginations to life. The chosen theme books for 2017’s parade:
