In July, Hysan Development and Lee Gardens Association jointly presented “Suet Go Chic”, a summer ice cream feast that has brought everyone the most authentically local taste of old Hong Kong.
“Suet Go Chic” has invited six notable culinary brands to create a variety of ice cream and sweet delicacies with exciting new flavours. They included Seasons by Olivier E., NICE POPS, GROM, XTC Gelato, tea-ed TEA and Yan Chim Kee.
Besides the scrumptious ice cream, Shun Kee Arts has also joined to provide “Shun Kee Sundae”, a DIY soap making workshop, while six up-and-coming local bands performed classic tunes during the hot and sunny weekend.
