Modern life has transitioned into a disruptive cityscape rapidly changing the way we interact with our environment. Through this shift we’ve lost touch with who we are and where we come from. With TREEHOUSE, we hope to re-introduce what has been lost – a sense of connection with the nature of life. As living breathing beings, we have an innate need to be “One with Nature”.

TREEHOUSE has been created as a glowing destination to help us become conscious of this connection, and to allow us the chance to ground and reacquaint ourselves. It’s a nod to the green movement with a taste of our future. It is my pleasure as Christian G. Mongendre along with my team to present TREEHOUSE – a modern, technology and chef-driven restaurant acutely focused on quality. This fast-casual venue is exclusively designed by award-winning Stefano Tordiglione Design.

Grounded in healthy eating it’s a refreshing introduction to the future of dining: sustainable, ethical, modern and fast. From this holistic approach you’ll find lead-free eco-cement, reclaimed wood, 100% recyclable plastic furniture, composting, seasonal certified organic nutritious produce and more. Expect a feature from some well-loved Christian signatures locally sourced and organic as possible.

As a ‘fast-casual’ venue, the food will be made to order and ready within moments to take-away or dine-in. TREEHOUSE will be open with an all-day menu from 10am-10pm Monday to Sunday. In the spirit of healthy eating, TREEHOUSE will offer both gluten-free and raw options among other allergy free options. Items such as ‘bowl’ cuisine, sourdough breads, burgers and salads will also be available.

The menu is completely unprocessed, serving only whole foods (free from preservatives, refined sugars, artificial sweeteners, food dyes, trans-fats, soy-isolates, bleached flour and more). There will be a variety of beverages served such as refreshing cold-pressed juices, cold brew coffee, smoothies, kombucha and others at all hours with the addition of a selection of wine and signature craft beer.

TREEHOUSE is a destination built around the theme of being “One with Nature”. Our rude awakening in the anthropocene has created a need for an alternative and encouraging path forward – an uplifting space to help us reconnect with nature and flourish as we live in this moment. Through nourishing food and a mindful environment, TREEHOUSE is a gentle reminder that change starts with us.
