Fleur De SEL

Fleur de Sel is opened by French Chef Gregory Alexandre who has been in Hong Kong for 17 years. With the passion for cooking and especially in French cuisine, he opened Fleur de Sel to introduce French cuisine to Hong Kong foodies, which is different from the typical fine dining French cuisine people normally associate it. The galettes and crêpes at Fleur de Sel are authentic and hearty, allowing guests to enjoy a true taste of France.
